Cv/bio BFA from Barat College, Lake Forest,IL with a major in Printmaking.A degree in Art Education from the Art Institute of Chicago, MFA in painting, Western Connecticut State University. Phyllis has taught classes in drawing, watercolor, and batik and has exhibited in the mid west, South and Northeast USA and in Italy. She has had several exhibits and won many awards.
